About Dr Karthik

Dr. Karthik embodies a deep-rooted commitment to nature cure, a legacy passed down from his esteemed parents, Late Dr. P. Narasimha Reddy and Dr. P. Vimala Reddy. His life’s journey has been a living testament to the principles of nature’s cure, as instilled by his parents. With an academic foundation from SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Dharmasthala, he has seamlessly integrated his innate passion for healing, harmony, and well-being through Nature Cure and Yoga.

Specializing in teaching Yoga Asanas, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama, Dr. Kartik brings his unique expertise to our centre. His proficiency extends to transformative practices such as Neti, Vasti, Kapalabhati, Nauli, Trataka, and Dhauti, enriching the holistic offerings available to our visitors.

Dr. Kartik’s presence is a living tribute to the dedication and wisdom of his parents, and his contributions continue to fortify the legacy of our centre.

To facilitate healing for the sick while spreading awareness about the effectiveness of Nature Cure and Yoga in achieving and maintaining optimal health for individuals.
